How to request refunds
You can request invoices be refunded by an administrator when the time for self-serve refunds has expired or is disabled.

1. Click "Subscriptions and billing"

2. Click "Invoices"

3. Click invoice to request refund

4. Click "Request refund"

5. Select billing profile and submit form

6. Success
